We may draw upon various techniques, including mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing. These methods have proven effective in addressing a range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship challenges.
